Lead teams building customer-facing web and mobile platforms and backend services for LVT intelligent site technology.
Bridge physical edge data and cloud applications, directing scalable APIs and responsive user interfaces.
Role is based in-office at the Seattle, Washington office.
Responsibilities
- Own customer-facing web and mobile experiences, including operator consoles, admin portals, and site management workflows.
- Partner with Product and Design on intuitive, role-aware interfaces and oversee AI-enabled operational workflows.
- Guide scalable cloud-native backend and frontend architecture for real-time video and IoT data streams.
- Lead, coach, recruit, and develop engineering teams; translate product strategy into technical roadmaps.
- Champion automated testing, CI/CD, code reviews, performance monitoring, and cross-team integration.
Ideal candidate
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years managing fullstack or user-facing product engineering teams in high-growth SaaS.
- Strong fullstack skills, product-minded UI/UX judgment, cloud architecture experience, and ability to make strategic technical tradeoffs.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred qualifications
- AWS is preferred; experience with WebRTC or HLS and data visualization is preferred.
- Familiarity with IoT, computer vision, or AI/ML integrations and experience in a startup or scale-up are preferred.
