• This role is based in the office at LVT headquarters in American Fork, Utah.

Responsibilities

• Own customer-facing web and mobile experiences, including operator consoles, admin portals, and site management workflows.
• Partner with Product and Design to create intuitive, role-aware interfaces based on operator needs.
• Oversee agentic AI workflows that let customers configure, monitor, act on, and document site operations.
• Design scalable cloud-native backend services and performant frontend architectures for real-time video and IoT streams.
• Lead, coach, recruit, and develop fullstack, frontend, and backend engineers.
• Turn product strategy into technical roadmaps and execution plans while balancing delivery, architecture, and scalability.
• Champion automated testing, CI/CD, code reviews, and performance monitoring; improve engineering workflows.
• Coordinate with Security, Infrastructure, AI/ML, and Hardware teams on product integration.

Ideal candidate qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 4+ years managing fullstack or user-facing product engineering teams in high-growth SaaS.
• Strong UI/UX judgment and experience improving complex enterprise web and mobile workflows.
• Technical foundation across frontend frameworks such as React, TypeScript, and Next.js and backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, Go, GraphQL, and REST.
• Experience or strong interest in agentic AI workflows, LLM orchestration, or intelligent automation.
• Experience with highly available cloud-native systems supporting high-throughput data, video, or large-scale IoT; AWS preferred.
• Track record hiring, mentoring, and developing engineers; ability to balance business urgency, technical debt, capacity, and scalability.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred qualifications

• Real-time video streaming protocols such as WebRTC or HLS and complex data visualization tools.
• IoT, computer vision, or AI/ML integrations in user-facing web applications.
• Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
