What You'Ll Do

• This role will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing a centralized, multi-jurisdictional Compliance Management System (CMS) across all business units (NUBs) and regional markets (UAE, KSA, and Egypt) to ensure absolute regulatory alignment within our FinTech and asset-heavy logistics lines.
• Design, develop, and implement a standardized, centralized Group-wide Compliance Management System (CMS) across the UAE, KSA, and Egypt.
• Establish and monitor compliance control libraries mapping directly to financial regulations (SAMA and the Central Bank of the UAE) and cross-border transport regulations (TGA, RTA, and LTRA).
• Independently direct and manage high-risk, cross-border investigations into corporate fraud, Conflicts of Interest (COI), and Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption (ABAC/FCPA) violations.
• Build and optimize a robust Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework, integrating strict KYC, CDD, and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) into the vendor onboarding and fleet management lifecycle.
• Enforce on-the-road compliance control loops covering police safety protocols, Ministry of Labor/MoHRE nationalization quotas, and automated delivery associate (DA) compliance.
• Drive continuous group-wide audit readiness, deploying self-audit cleanup processes to achieve near-100% scores ahead of external or board reviews.
• Convert anonymized compliance cases into targeted training and communication campaigns, keeping completion rates above a 90% target to foster an ethical culture.
• What you'll need:
• 8+ years of professional corporate experience, with 6+ years strictly leading global or regional compliance and ethics programs within highly regulated, multinational environments (e.g., Healthcare, FinTech, E-commerce, or Global Logistics).
• Proven track record of leading cross-border investigations, third-party due diligence, and trade compliance across complex regional structures.
• Absolute professional fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership
• Experience operating across multiple markets or regional structures is an advantage
