  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our Dubai Mall team.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in the fashion and sports retail industry, with experience in Account Management / Brand Management across Digital, Marketplaces or E-commerce.
  • Manage and grow relationships with key brand partners and accounts
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned brands, ensuring strong relationship management and operational excellence
  • Drive revenue growth through assortment optimization, pricing strategies, and improved brand visibility on the platform
  • Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and operations teams to execute seasonal campaigns, launches, and promotional activity
  • Lead onboarding of new fashion and sports brands onto the platform, ensuring smooth integration and readiness for launch
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics including sales, traffic, conversion, and customer engagement
  • Identify growth opportunities for brands through data-driven insights and category trends
  • Manage end-to-end execution of product launches, campaigns, and promotional activities
  • Resolve operational issues related to catalog accuracy, pricing, content quality, logistics, and fulfillment
  • Conduct regular business reviews with brand partners and provide actionable performance feedback
  • Ensure alignment with internal stakeholders across commercial, marketing, supply chain, and tech teams
  • What you'll need:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Account Management, Brand Management, or E-commerce Marketplace roles
  • Strong experience in fashion and/or sports retail industry is highly preferred
  • Proven track record of managing external brand relationships and driving commercial performance
  • Good understanding of digital commerce, online retail platforms, and marketplace dynamics
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate into business actions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, cross-functional environment
  • Strong execution mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving ability
