• The Quality Assurance Associate is responsible for ensuring all processed garments meet established quality standards before dispatch.
• This role oversees final quality inspections, resolves any discrepancies, and collaborates with internal teams and external partners to address and prevent quality-related issues.
• Conduct final quality inspections to ensure all processed garments meet established quality standards before dispatch.
• Verify item-level reconciliation by cross-checking processed garments against Order Management System (OMS) records.
• Collaborate with partner facility supervisors to coordinate rework, resolve quality concerns, and implement corrective actions.
• Identify recurring quality issues, analyze root causes, and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Approve completed orders for dispatch, ensuring all quality and reconciliation requirements have been met.
• Investigate damaged, defective, or missing items and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate daily quality assurance reports, tracking performance metrics and highlighting trends for continuous improvement.

What You'Ll Need

• 2–5 years of experience in quality control or garment/laundry operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Prior experience working with third-party vendors or external partners is preferred.
• Proven ability to manage escalations effectively in a fast-paced operational enviroment.
