• With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward.
• Support onboarding, training, and daily operational performance of restaurant partners while coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Support the operational onboarding and activation of new restaurant partners.
• Conduct on-ground training for restaurants on platform usage and best practices.
• Assist in organizing onboarding, training sessions and setup of restaurant partners
• Monitor daily operational performance and resolve issues proactively.
• Coordinate with internal teams (tech, sales, support) to close operational gaps.
• What you’ll need
• Business Degree in Business, Operations, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Great communicator with the ability to work with both internal teams and external partners.
• Eager to learn, hands-on, and willing to take on new challenges.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
