Senior Implementation Engineer

Role purpose

Responsibilities

• Clarify project scope, objectives, and timelines with clients and project managers; develop plans, timelines, resource requirements, and risk assessments.
• Prepare software and hardware environments; install, configure, and customize solutions to client specifications and business processes.
• Integrate software with existing systems and databases to support data flow and interoperability.
• Test solutions against functional, performance, and security requirements; coordinate with QA on deployment readiness.
• Troubleshoot bugs and technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, prevent recurrence, and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Train clients and end users; create user guides, documentation, and training materials; provide ongoing technical support.
• Coordinate with developers, QA, project managers, and clients; communicate progress and clarify requirements.
• Gather feedback, contribute to implementation best practices and procedures, and stay current with relevant trends, tools, and technologies.
• Maintain accurate implementation and configuration documentation, keep records accessible and current, and prepare project status reports.
• Align decisions and strategies with company leadership; travel to implementation locations and client meetings as needed.
• Work flexibly, including weekends when project deadlines or client needs require it.
• Support continuous improvement, person-centered care values, safety protocols, confidentiality, cybersecurity policies, and company conduct standards; complete mandatory education before expiration.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of software development and integration, including programming languages, APIs, and databases.
• Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions with minimal disruption to client operations.
• Strong interpersonal skills for client and cross-functional collaboration, technical communication, and requirements gathering.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in software implementation, project management, or technical support in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic.
• SCE certification.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and weekends as required by deadlines or client needs; travel to support implementations and client meetings.
