Implementation and delivery
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to establish project scope, objectives, and timelines.
- Develop implementation plans, including timelines, resource requirements, and risk assessments.
- Prepare and configure software and hardware environments; install and customize software to client specifications and business processes.
- Integrate software with existing systems and databases to ensure data flow and interoperability.
- Test solutions for functional, performance, and security requirements; resolve issues with QA and technical teams.
Client support and coordination
- Train clients and end users; create user guides, documentation, and training materials.
- Provide technical support during and after implementation, troubleshoot issues, conduct root cause analysis, and escalate complex problems.
- Coordinate with developers, QA, project managers, and clients; provide progress updates and act as a liaison between clients and technical teams.
- Gather feedback and contribute to implementation best practices and standard operating procedures.
Documentation and working arrangements
- Maintain accurate implementation records, configurations, changes, and accessible documentation; prepare project status, challenge, and outcome reports.
- Align decisions and strategies with company leadership before implementation.
- Travel to support implementations, client meetings, and other business activities; flexible hours and weekends may be needed for project deadlines or client needs.
Organization-wide expectations
Support person-centered care values and continuous improvement initiatives, follow safety protocols, protect confidential information, and comply with cybersecurity policies, conduct requirements, and ethical standards.
Complete mandatory education at least one month before its expiration.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in software implementation, project management, or technical support in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic.
- SCE license or certification.
- Strong software development and integration understanding, including programming languages, APIs, and databases.
- Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional and client collaboration, technical communication, and requirements gathering.
