Lead graphic design efforts and create visuals aligned with company brand and marketing objectives.
Shape the visual identity of a real estate brand across digital campaigns, print materials, and property marketing.
Responsibilities
- Design digital and print materials, including property brochures, fact sheets, payment plans, social posts, email campaigns, website design, and outdoor materials.
- Create content that showcases property features and amenities and communicates their value to potential clients and agents.
- Develop campaign and promotion concepts with the marketing team and generate ideas aligned with audience and brand objectives.
- Maintain and evolve brand visual identities consistently across platforms and materials.
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, photographers, and other team members to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Track design, real estate marketing, and visual communication trends; contribute fresh ideas and continue developing skills.
- Manage multiple projects to timely delivery and high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications are a plus.
- At least 7 years of graphic design experience and a strong portfolio; real estate or property development experience is preferred.
- Proven graphic design experience at top companies in Dubai’s real estate industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and other relevant software.
- Strong creative vision, visual storytelling, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and collaborate and communicate effectively.
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate and its visual marketing trends is highly preferred.
