The Sales Manager drives revenue and sales targets by promoting residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
The role develops sales strategies, builds client relationships, and supports customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Develop sales strategies and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Build relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders and tailor property solutions to client needs.
- Manage inquiries, negotiations, and contract finalization; maintain CRM activity records.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotions; use digital channels and social media to expand reach.
- Attend exhibitions, open houses, and networking events to generate leads and improve brand visibility.
- Research pricing, demand, and industry trends; advise management and identify new segments and growth areas.
- Address customer concerns, gather feedback, and improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, real estate, or a related field.
- Two to three years of sales experience with real estate developers in the UAE.
- Proven achievement of sales targets and strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Ability to network, work autonomously, and sell effectively; result-driven with strong people skills.
- Fluency in Arabic, Russian, Italian, French, Spanish, Turkish, Chinese, Portuguese, or German is a plus.
- Experience selling luxury projects is an advantage.
