The Sales Manager drives sales targets and revenue growth by promoting residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
The role develops sales strategies, builds client relationships, and supports customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to adjust plans and identify opportunities.
- Build relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders; tailor property solutions to client needs.
- Handle inquiries, negotiations, contract finalization, and customer concerns.
- Maintain CRM records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress.
- Work with marketing on campaigns and promotions; use digital marketing tools and social media to reach audiences.
- Attend property exhibitions, open houses, and networking events to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- Research industry trends, pricing, and demand; provide recommendations to management and identify new market segments.
- Gather client feedback and implement improvements while maintaining professional and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, real estate, or a related field.
- Two to three years of sales experience with real estate developers in the UAE.
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, strong sales and negotiation skills, and ability to network and work autonomously.
- Results-driven approach and strong people skills.
- Fluency in Arabic, Russian, Italian, French, Spanish, Turkish, Chinese, Portuguese, or German is a plus.
- Experience selling luxury projects is an advantage.
