Role overview
Lead the organization’s design efforts and create impactful graphics aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
Shape the brand’s visual identity across digital marketing campaigns and print materials, with a focus on real estate projects.
Key responsibilities
- Design digital and print materials, including property brochures, fact sheets, payment plans, social posts, email campaigns, website design, and outdoor materials.
- Ensure designs align with the brand’s sophisticated image and showcase real estate offerings to clients and agents.
- Develop campaign concepts and promotions with the marketing team; generate ideas aligned with audience and brand objectives.
- Maintain and evolve brand visual identities consistently across platforms and materials.
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, photographers, and other team members on campaigns.
- Stay current with design and real estate marketing trends, seek skill development, and contribute fresh ideas.
- Manage multiple design projects with timely delivery and high-quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications are a plus.
- At least seven years of graphic design experience and a strong portfolio; property development or real estate experience is preferred.
- Proven graphic design experience within top companies in the Dubai real estate industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, and other relevant software.
- Strong creative vision and storytelling abilities, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and visual marketing trends is highly preferred.
