The Sales Manager drives sales targets and revenue growth by promoting residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
The role develops sales strategies, builds client relationships, and supports customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and adjust sales plans.
- Build relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders; tailor property solutions to client needs.
- Handle inquiries, negotiations, and contract finalizations.
- Maintain CRM records of sales activity, client interactions, and progress.
- Coordinate with marketing on campaigns and promotions.
- Attend property exhibitions, open houses, and networking events to generate leads and raise brand visibility.
- Use digital marketing tools and social media to reach a broader audience.
- Research industry trends, pricing, and demand; provide management with market insights and recommendations.
- Identify new market segments and growth areas.
- Provide customer service, resolve concerns, gather feedback, and implement improvements.
- Maintain professionalism and ethical standards in client interactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of sales experience working with real estate developers in the UAE.
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Ability to network, work autonomously, and sell effectively; results-driven with strong people skills.
- Ability to track market and competitor activity.
- Fluency in Arabic, Russian, Italian, French, Spanish, Turkish, Chinese, Portuguese, or German is a plus.
- Luxury project sales experience is an advantage.
