International Business Development Manager

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard overseas real estate agencies and brokerage partners.
• Build long-term relationships with international agency and brokerage partners.
• Provide partner teams with product knowledge, pricing updates, and sales training.
• Analyze country-level markets to align projects with investor demand and identify expansion opportunities.
• Plan and coordinate roadshows, exhibitions, and investor events, including agency participation and client outreach.
• Represent Refine at international events and meetings.
• Support international leads through negotiation, payment structuring, and closing with the sales team.
• Monitor agency performance, engagement, compliance, productivity, and brand alignment.
• Maintain CRM records and report on international channel performance.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant international business development experience.
• Strong international market knowledge and experience in real estate sales or business development across international markets and agency networks.
• Established international real estate agency and brokerage contacts.
• Travel authorization for visa-free or simplified entry to the UK and EU, or equivalent authorization.
• Strong relationship management, networking, communication, presentation, negotiation, and commercial skills.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline from lead to close and confidence representing the company at senior level.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including at short notice.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with branded residences or off-plan real estate developments is preferred.
• Existing relationships in Europe, the UK, Australia, or Southeast Asia are preferred.
• Additional European language skills are preferred.

Travel

• Extensive international travel is required, including travel at short notice.
