Supports international market expansion through acquiring, onboarding, and managing overseas real estate agencies.
Maintains continuity and consistent representation across international events, meetings, and roadshows.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard overseas real estate agencies and brokerage partners.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with international agency and brokerage partners.
- Deliver product knowledge, pricing updates, and sales training to partner agency teams.
- Analyze country-level markets, investor demand, project positioning, and expansion opportunities.
- Plan and coordinate roadshows, exhibitions, and investor events, including agency participation and client outreach.
- Represent the company at international events, meetings, and roadshows as required.
- Support international leads through negotiation, payment structuring, and closing with the sales team.
- Monitor agency performance and address productivity, compliance, and brand-alignment gaps.
- Maintain agency agreements, activity, and pipeline records in the CRM and report on channel performance.
Requirements
- Requires 2–3 years of relevant international business development experience.
- Requires strong international market knowledge and existing market exposure.
- Requires proven real estate sales or business development experience with international markets and agency networks.
- Requires an established network of international real estate agencies and brokerage contacts.
- Requires relationship-management, networking, communication, presentation, negotiation, and commercial skills.
- Requires willingness and ability to travel extensively, including at short notice.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with branded residences or off-plan real estate developments is preferred.
- Existing relationships in Europe, the UK, Australia, or Southeast Asia are preferred.
- Additional European language skills are preferred.
