Senior Forward-Deployed Engineer joining the team in Abu Dhabi in a hybrid working mode.

Responsibilities
- Translate client business requirements into working software solutions.
- Develop backend services with Java and Spring Boot or Python and FastAPI.
- Build responsive interfaces with React.js and Next.js.
- Design PostgreSQL schemas and optimize database queries.
- Deploy and maintain applications on Microsoft Azure.
- Prototype features, debug production issues, and maintain system stability.
- Work with agile or hybrid methodologies and provide documentation and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- Experience delivering client-facing software engineering projects, preferably in embedded roles.
- Strong Java with Spring Boot and/or Python with FastAPI experience.
- Hands-on React.js or Next.js front-end development experience.
- PostgreSQL and relational database design knowledge.
- Familiarity with Azure, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native environments.
- Ability to solve problems independently under minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related technical or quantitative field.
