Role overview
Oversee daily in-unit services and maintenance operations to ensure consistent, timely and high-quality service delivery.
Coordinate teams and vendors, monitor performance and compliance, resolve service issues, and support resource planning and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Plan daily operations around SLAs, KPIs, schedules and organisational standards.
- Coordinate teams, supervisors and vendors to complete maintenance and service tasks on time.
- Monitor workflows, approved processes, quality requirements and service standards.
- Supervise operations, resolve issues and maintain service continuity.
- Inspect sites for service quality, safety compliance and operational standards.
- Monitor team productivity, activity completion, manpower deployment and workload distribution.
- Identify staffing gaps and coordinate adjustments with supervisors; plan resources for changing operational needs.
- Monitor grooming, uniform and professional appearance standards.
- Track KPIs, report operational progress weekly and monthly, and identify opportunities to improve service, productivity and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in in-unit services, maintenance or a related operational environment.
- Arabic communication skills.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
