Senior Engineering Program Supervisor - Yanbu - Saudi National Only

Role overview

People and business responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of service, project, and support specialists and support the organization’s growth objectives.
• Plan and forecast business performance; manage project and contract financials, including orders, revenue, margin, billing, and cash.
• Partner with sales and other Honeywell business units to develop opportunities and serve as the area focal point for Honeywell systems.

Program and operational delivery

• Develop operational plans with field service and field operations leaders and communicate with customers under contract-specific plans.
• Support incident resolution and troubleshooting, review performance metrics, and manage capital projects and operating-contract entitlements.
• Apply customer change-management processes, approve significant changes, and assess operational risks and benefits.
• Participate in outage planning and support on-process, AMT, and off-process migrations; advise on site activities affecting control systems.
• Maintain documentation and support training-needs analysis, plans, and competency matrices for Honeywell and customer teams.
• Manage third-party contracts and partner with field operations and quality teams to close corrective actions and improve procedures.

Safety and performance measures

• Ensure compliance with contract-specific HSE plans and applicable safety standards, and promote Honeywell’s safety culture.
• Performance measures include orders, revenue, profit, cash, customer satisfaction, safety metrics, and operating and capital delivery plans.

Required skills and experience

• Demonstrated technical management and leadership abilities, including conceptualizing, developing, and executing plans.
• Understanding of profit and loss statements and experience with service and project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of business, engineering, field, and supply chain principles; broad knowledge of Honeywell products and applications.
• Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills in English; negotiation and conflict management skills.
• Experience with applicable Honeywell service applications, including SFDC and SAP.
• 5–10 years of experience in an industrial environment. An engineering degree or relevant job experience is preferred.

Work location and schedule

• The program manager is to be based in Yanbu City, Western Area of Saudi Arabia.
• Irregular hours may be needed for global calls or planning sessions; offshore visits may be required based on customer needs.
