Role Overview
CX Sales Support Specialist role shaping customer experience strategy and driving customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Design Support
- Interpret client requirements, building codes, and fire safety standards to develop compliant, cost-effective Fire, Security, or BMS solutions.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, architects, and contractors throughout the design and project lifecycle.
- Prepare detailed system architecture and bill of materials for Fire, Security, or BMS systems.
- Review project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and client requirements.
- Prepare technical proposals for bids and tenders.
- Understand competitive landscape and local industry practices for assigned system and region.
Application Engineering
- Conduct product demonstrations, PoCs, presentations, and technical consultation.
- Obtain vendor quotations and evaluate technical and commercial compliance.
- Support project managers and installation teams with engineering input during procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Develop products with enhancements and new product developments to increase specifications and quality.
- Conduct technical reviews, design risk assessments, and site visits to resolve technical queries and verify installation quality.
- Develop and implement customer-centric programs to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer-focused initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Computer, or related field).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design/drafting tools.
- Strong knowledge or familiarity with international standards (NFPA, FM, UL, EN, IEC, ATEX as applicable).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
