Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop Salesforce engineering teams.
- Provide technical leadership across Salesforce Financial Services Cloud initiatives.
- Oversee design, development, testing, deployment, and support of Salesforce solutions.
- Partner with Product, Architecture, Business, and technology teams to turn requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Promote engineering best practices, coding standards, testing, and quality processes.
- Improve engineering processes, tools, and delivery practices.
- Support technical planning, resource allocation, project execution, and delivery commitments.
- Identify and manage technical risks and dependencies; ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with business needs.
- Contribute to Salesforce platform architecture and technology strategy.
Qualifications
- Proven software engineering and engineering leadership or management experience.
- Strong Salesforce platform experience; Financial Services Cloud experience is preferred.
- Experience leading and mentoring engineering or development teams.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce development, integrations, architecture, and deployment practices.
- Experience with Agile software development and modern engineering practices.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to balance technical priorities with business objectives.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus.
