Location and work arrangement

  • The role is onsite in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Contract and availability

Initial contract is 6–12 months and extendable.

Candidates must be comfortable with a contract or independent-contractor setup.

Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 15 days’ notice are preferred.

Role overview

Hiring SOC Analysts at both junior and senior levels for a large-scale Security Operations Center.

Analysts monitor, detect, investigate, and respond to cybersecurity threats and support security operations and incident response.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze security events and alerts through SIEM platforms.
  • Investigate suspicious activities and security incidents.
  • Perform alert triage, escalation, and incident management.
  • Support threat detection, incident response, and security monitoring.
  • Create and maintain incident documentation and reports.
  • Collaborate with internal security teams and stakeholders.
  • Improve SOC use cases, processes, and playbooks.

Junior SOC Analyst requirements

  • 2–3 years of cybersecurity or SOC experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Sentinel and/or Securonix.
  • Understanding of security monitoring, alert triage, incident escalation, common cyber threats, attack techniques, and security concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Senior SOC Analyst requirements

  • 4–7 years of SOC or security operations experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Sentinel and/or Securonix.
  • Experience managing P3/P4 incidents and supporting P1/P2 investigations.
  • Experience in threat hunting, incident response, and root cause analysis.
  • Ability to mentor junior analysts and support operational improvements.
  • Strong understanding of SIEM operations, detection engineering, and security best practices.

Preferred skills

  • Enterprise SOC experience is preferred.
  • Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, threat intelligence, and incident response methodologies is preferred.
  • Relevant security certifications are advantageous.
