Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day SOC operations and ensure effective monitoring of security events and incidents.
- Lead incident response coordination and support escalation management across stakeholders.
- Manage SOC reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and service performance metrics.
- Develop, review, and maintain SOC processes, playbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate with internal security teams, GSO SOC, and external stakeholders to ensure effective incident handling.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance SOC capabilities, detection coverage, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Mentor and support SOC analysts while fostering a high-performance security operations culture.
Requirements
- 8-11 years of Cyber Security experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with SIEM platforms, particularly Securonix and Microsoft Sentinel.
- Experience managing SOC operations, reporting, and governance activities.
- Proven expertise in SOP development and operational process improvement.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
