Location and setup
- The role is onsite in Abu Dhabi.
- The employment setup is contract.
CyberArk platform delivery
- Lead CyberArk PAM architecture, deployments, upgrades, and migrations across complex enterprise environments.
- Design and maintain Vault, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP, PTA, and AAM components; develop custom CPM plugins and connection components.
- Troubleshoot password policies, reconciliation accounts, dependencies, service-account onboarding, and critical platform incidents.
- Integrate CyberArk with directory services, SIEM, ITSM, third-party applications, and cloud environments.
- Support large-scale privileged account onboarding across servers, databases, network devices, cloud platforms, and applications.
Security, operations, and leadership
- Harden platforms, implement security baselines, manage certificates and vulnerabilities, and conduct audits, health assessments, and compliance reviews.
- Implement just-in-time access, privileged workflows, approval mechanisms, and PTA monitoring and investigations.
- Optimize capacity and performance and participate in disaster recovery and resilience exercises.
- Provide L3 leadership and mentorship, lead incidents and production changes, and collaborate with technical teams.
- Analyze logs and produce runbooks, SOPs, diagrams, and knowledge-base documentation.
Qualifications and skills
- CyberArk CDE-PAM certification is mandatory.
- Experience supporting enterprise CyberArk deployments with tens of thousands of accounts across regions and business units.
- Strong experience with Windows Server, Linux/Unix, IIS, SQL Server, networking, SSL certificates, and authentication protocols.
- Experience with DevOps and automation technologies, including PowerShell, Python, REST APIs, Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, Git, AutoIt, and Selenium.
- Cloud privileged access experience across Azure, AWS, GCP, and hybrid environments.
