Leads end-to-end site masterplanning for large-scale, multi-venue mega events.

This is a hands-on producing role that includes personally developing plans and layouts.
Responsibilities
- Lead a large multidisciplinary planning team, allocating design, drafting, and F&B planning work and keeping delivery on track.
- Serve as the client's single point of accountability for team performance and output.
- Personally produce masterplans, zoning, dimensioned layouts, and end-to-end visitor journeys.
- Run needs assessments, feasibility and validation studies, and benchmarks against comparable global events.
- Advise senior client leadership and integrate marketing, sponsorship, talent, media, and operations requirements into a coherent site plan.
Requirements
- Senior Director grade and at least 12 years of relevant experience.
- At least two complete delivery cycles of comparable-scale events, such as mega-events or multi-venue sporting events.
- Personal production experience in venue masterplanning, zoning, dimensioned layouts, and end-to-end visitor journeys.
- Stakeholder integration experience across marketing, sponsorships, influencers, and players.
