Leads end-to-end site masterplanning for large-scale, multi-venue mega-events, translating client vision into an implementation plan for each event cycle.
This is a hands-on producing role as well as a planning-team leadership position.
Responsibilities
- Plan venue footprints, infrastructure, resources, and timelines.
- Lead a multidisciplinary planning team, allocate design, drafting, and F&B planning work, and remain accountable to the client for performance and output.
- Personally develop masterplans, zoning, dimensioned layouts, and end-to-end visitor journeys.
- Conduct needs assessments, feasibility and validation studies, and benchmark against comparable global events.
- Advise senior client leadership and integrate requirements from marketing, sponsorship, talent, media, and operations into a coherent site plan.
Requirements
- Senior Director grade and at least 12 years of relevant experience.
- At least two complete delivery cycles of comparable-scale events, including mega-events, multi-venue events, or mega sporting events.
- Personally produced venue masterplanning, zoning, dimensioned layouts, and end-to-end visitor journeys.
- Stakeholder integration experience across marketing, sponsorships, influencers, and players.
Contract and benefits
- Long-term contract lasting 14–17 months.
- Flight and accommodation are provided.
