Key responsibilities

• Own analytics for fiat products and business lines, covering conversion funnels, corridor-level behavior, and revenue structure.
• Build dashboards and automated reporting for fiat OKR metrics; analyze fees, spread, hedging PnL, and gross-to-net revenue.
• Monitor liquidity, order-book depth and spreads, maker/taker supply, and competitor benchmarks across currencies.
• Evaluate payment and P2P partners on conversion, cost, failures, and settlement reconciliation; support commercial negotiations with data.
• Support regional entities and regulatory requirements with externally auditable data accuracy.
• Monitor fiat workflow SLAs, order and ticket aging, queue stages, pending items, and anomalies.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and launch-impact assessments for product, operations, regional, compliance, and finance teams; evaluate pricing and fee changes.
• Recommend pricing, currency and corridor priorities, maker incentives, and channel strategies to support growth and monetization.

Required qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin; at least 5 years in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
• Required domain background in payments, fiat on/off-ramp, FX, cross-border remittance, banking, or fintech.
• Strong SQL and proficiency in Python or R; experience with Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
• Understand conversion funnels and transaction flows, including drop-off diagnosis, failure attribution, and cohort conversion.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights; maintain high data accuracy, especially for externally reported or compliance-facing figures.
• Comfortable working across time zones.

Preferred qualifications

• Familiarity with crypto fiat gateways, P2P marketplaces, card acquiring, local bank rails, or stablecoin settlement.
• Experience with marketplace dynamics, maker/taker supply, pricing competitiveness, ad ranking, market microstructure, or order-book depth.
• Experience supporting regulated entities and regulatory reporting; fraud, AML, or market-abuse analytics.
• Experience in statistical analysis, forecasting, quasi-experimental design, or machine-learning techniques.
• Prior experience at a crypto exchange, payment institution, or digital asset platform.
