Overview
- Are you a senior cybersecurity sales professional who wants to take over a live pipeline and close without needing the founders in the room?
- A Swiss-founded cybersecurity firm with offices across the UAE, Bahrain, and Singapore that has been operating for over 15 years.
- They work with governments, enterprise clients, and financial institutions across the GCC, have a strong public profile, and an enterprise-grade product with a full pipeline of qualified leads.
- What they need now is someone who can take those leads across the line independently.
- What's in it for you?
- AED 30,000 to 35,000 per month base salary
- Uncapped commission - 50/50 structure with accelerators above target
- Health insurance and visa sponsorship
- Ground floor of a real sales function in a fast-growing, internationally expanding business
- What will you be doing?
- Own the full sales cycle across the UAE and GCC without co-founder involvement
- Take over a live pipeline and convert leads independently
- Sell across enterprise, government-adjacent, and innovation hub targets
- Deal values from AED 5,000 to AED 3M - you will be operating at the top end
- Meetings-first day: events, direct outreach, innovation hubs - not a desk role
- What do you need?
- 2-3+ years of cybersecurity sales experience in the UAE or GCC
- Comfortable closing with senior and government-level stakeholders without support
- MSSP or cloud security background a strong plus
- Arabic a strong advantage, especially for government and semi-government accounts
- Commission-first mindset - motivated by what you earn, not what you're guaranteed
