Overview

• Are you a hands-on email or CRM marketing executive who wants to run a high-volume programme across 11 markets?
• This role is with a Dubai-headquartered corporate benefits and discounts platform operating across MENA.
• The business runs a closed-network app used by employees of blue-chip enterprise customers, with global retail and lifestyle brand partners on the supply side.
• Recently acquired by a UK outsourcing group and on a clear growth path toward a 2027 secondary exit.
• The product is profitable and stable.
• Inbound demand is outstripping team capacity.
• They need an executor.

• Base salary between AED 8,000 and AED 12,000 per month
• Hybrid in Dubai with a new office opening for the team

• Joining a small, fast-moving team in a category that is growing across MENA
• What will you be doing?
• Owning email execution end to end through Customer.io
• Scheduling and personalising templated sends across 11 markets and 40+ vendor categories
• Cropping, resizing and prepping assets in Canva to fit each market and campaign
• QA on copy, image specs and personalisation before every send
• Working alongside the BDM team to support vendor outreach and customer comms
• Keeping the cadence tight across markets so nothing slips
• What do you need?
• 1 to 3 years of hands-on email marketing or CRM execution experience
• Confident in Customer.io, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Braze or a comparable platform
• Comfortable in Canva and quick on basic image work
• Experience sending across multiple markets, segments or categories
• Strong attention to detail. You can spot a broken merge tag or wrong image at fifty paces
• English fluent. Arabic is a bonus, not a requirement
