Customer Success Manager (Microsoft)

• We're working with a growing Microsoft-focused technology consultancy in Dubai that delivers digital transformation and AI adoption projects for enterprise customers across the region.
• They've just been awarded two large new projects and are expanding their customer success team to keep up with demand.

• Real ownership of the customer journey from use case discovery through to adoption

• What will you be doing?
• Deliver Copilot workshops to executives, end users and departments across customer organisations
• Identify practical Copilot use cases for teams like marketing, operations and support
• Map how customers work today and design how Copilot changes that for the better
• Train and support users so they're genuinely using Copilot effectively, not just logging in
• Guide customers through change management as they adopt new ways of working
• Act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with stakeholders at every level
• What do you need?
• Hands on experience with Microsoft Copilot, ideally already delivering workshops or training around it
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint
• 3 to 5 years of experience, ideally with a consulting or business analyst background
• A technical or engineering degree is a bonus, you're comfortable with technology and pick up new tools fast
• Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and running workshops in front of a room
• Based in Dubai and fluent in Arabic and English Strong communication skills and genuine curiosity about how AI changes the way people work
