Overview

  • Are you a technical sales professional with a strong oil and gas network across the GCC who wants to own a high-growth regional territory?
  • A well-established industrial manufacturing business with over 100 years of engineering heritage is expanding aggressively across UAE and MENA.
  • They design and supply vacuum systems, process equipment and turnkey engineering solutions to clients in oil and gas, pharma and chemicals.
  • With repeat customers already in the region and serious investment behind this expansion, they are now hiring their key commercial hire in Dubai.
  • What's in it for you?
  • AED 20,000 per month base salary plus commission
  • Dubai-based
  • Direct reporting line into the International Sales Director
  • Real territory ownership across the UAE and MENA from day one
  • Backing of an established global manufacturer with a strong regional pipeline
  • What will you be doing?
  • Owning the full sales cycle across UAE and MENA, from first conversation to signed contract
  • Building and managing senior relationships with clients in oil and gas, pharma and chemical industries
  • Following up on qualified leads and generating new business through field activity
  • Managing RFP responses and coordinating proposals with the technical team
  • Winning aftermarket and service contracts alongside new equipment sales
  • Travelling across the region to meet clients and develop the territory
  • What do you need?
  • Direct experience selling vacuum systems, process equipment or turnkey engineering solutions
  • An established network of contacts in oil and gas across the GCC
  • A track record of closing complex, high-value B2B deals
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a small, scaling international team
  • Willing to travel frequently across UAE and MENA
  • Arabic language skills are a bonus for wider regional coverage
  • Based in Dubai
