Senior Consultant, Change Management

Role overview

What you'll do

• Design enterprise change strategies using behavioral insights, AI-supported analysis, and tailored interventions.
• Deliver AI coaching and mentor change leaders.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and communications to build alignment and sponsorship.
• Develop AI-enhanced training, digital learning assets, and capability-building programs.
• Anticipate and mitigate resistance through diagnostics, data-driven insights, and targeted interventions.
• Measure adoption, proficiency, sentiment, and learning outcomes and use feedback to improve the change journey.
• Provide post-implementation coaching and reinforcement for sustainable adoption.
• Use AI tools and emerging technologies to improve deliverables, analysis, and consulting efficiency.

What you'll bring

• 7–10+ years of change management experience and demonstrated mastery leading complex initiatives.
• Recent AI coaching experience.
• Deep knowledge of agile change management methodologies, tools, and frameworks; PROSCI or ACMP certifications are beneficial but not required.
• Experience using AI tools, automation, and emerging technologies to improve change delivery.
• Success delivering AI-forward change for large transformations, technology implementations, or operating model shifts.
• Strong communication, narrative, influencing, collaboration, adaptability, and relationship-building skills.

Work arrangement

• The role is hybrid, with the ability to work onsite when required by the team leader or client.

Compensation

• Base salary range is CAD 120,000–135,000, plus an annual 10% bonus.
• Eligible employees may receive a CAD 100 monthly cell phone reimbursement.
