Job Description
The experienced SAP SD Consultant joins the SAP practice to deliver SAP S/4HANA implementation and support projects.
The role requires SAP Sales and Distribution expertise and integration knowledge across Materials Management, Project Systems and Finance.
Role Responsibilities
- Understand client business requirements and lead design and process workshops.
- Configure SAP solutions and support end-to-end project delivery.
- Implement and optimize warranty management, service notifications, service orders, repair processes and resource-related billing in SAP S/4HANA.
- Perform testing, user training and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver SAP solutions.
Qualifications and Experience
- 2 to 6 years of relevant SAP SD experience.
- At least 2 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Sales and integration with SAP MM, PS and FI.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementation and support projects.
- Strong understanding of SAP Customer Service and after-sales service processes.
- SAP S/4HANA certification is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A related master’s degree is preferred.
- An industry-domain background is preferred.
Additional SAP Customer Service Knowledge
- Knowledge of warranty, service notifications, service orders, repair sales orders, DIP profiles, resource-related billing, onsite repair, in-house repair and depot repair is described as ideal.
