Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment, focusing on SAP roles, and work with a recruiter.
- Manage onboarding and address employee inquiries and HR policy, procedure, or benefits issues.
- Coordinate performance appraisals and promote employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Support compliance with labor laws across offices in Continental Asia and help develop and implement HR policies.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases; generate HR metrics and reports.
- Organize engagement and wellness activities; manage exits, exit interviews, and documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of HR Manager experience in the software industry, with emphasis on IT and SAP recruitment.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices, and knowledge of laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
