Recruitment and employee relations
- Support end-to-end recruitment for SAP roles and work with a recruiter; manage onboarding for new professionals.
- Address employee inquiries and resolve issues involving HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Promote employee engagement initiatives tailored to software professionals.
Performance, compliance, and policies
- Coordinate performance appraisals with managers and employees.
- Support compliance with labor laws and regulations across offices in Continental Asia.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with the software industry.
Reporting, engagement, and exits
- Maintain employee records and HR databases; generate HR metrics and reports for decision-making.
- Organize engagement activities and wellness programs that support workplace culture.
- Manage exits, including exit interviews and proper documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in an HR Manager role within the software industry, with emphasis on IT and SAP recruitment.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices; knowledge of laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
