Responsibilities
- Identify and profile potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Prospect through networking, referrals, and digital outreach.
- Manage existing client relationships to support satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams on tailored client solutions and proposals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Maintain records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in ERP/software sales or account management; SAP experience is preferred.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Strategic thinking and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
