Join an award-winning Dubai media agency's planning team as a Media Executive, supporting integrated campaigns across online and offline channels.
The role is described as a first or second step in a media career and offers a path toward a Media Planner role.
Responsibilities
- Support media strategy execution by preparing plans, flowcharts, and budget splits.
- Prepare booking requests and insertion orders for buying teams and media owners.
- Collect creative assets, check specifications, and deliver materials on time.
- Track campaign launches and verify activity runs as booked through proof of flight, screenshots, and monitoring.
- Coordinate with media owners on availability, deadlines, and placements.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and post-campaign reports using ad-platform and media-owner data.
- Reconcile bookings with media-owner invoices and support finance billing.
- Attend client and internal meetings and distribute contact reports and action points.
Requirements
- 1–3 years in a media agency, media owner, or marketing role; relevant internships count.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of online and offline media planning and buying.
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookups, and good PowerPoint skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, numerical aptitude, and ability to handle multiple deadlines.
- Based in the UAE.
Preferred platform familiarity
- Familiarity with Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, or DV360 is a plus.
Salary
- AED 10,000–14,000 per month, depending on experience.
