About RECOVR
RECOVR is a premium sports recovery club in Doha offering ice baths, sauna, compression and professional sports massage.
We work with athletes, professionals and high performing individuals.
With strong daily demand and a growing client base, we are looking for a Sales Manager to take ownership of revenue and client conversion.
The Role
This is a performance driven sales role focused on one thing
turning first time clients into long term members
You will work directly with clients, lead the front desk team and be responsible for driving daily sales.
This role suits someone who enjoys being on the floor, speaking to people and closing sales consistently.
Key Responsibilities
Drive daily membership and package sales
Convert walk ins into repeat clients
Lead and train reception staff on sales
Follow up with new and existing clients
Track performance and hit daily targets
Support peak hours and close sales in person
What We Are Looking For
Strong sales ability with a proven track record
Confident communicator with fluent English
Comfortable working in a target driven environment
Professional, presentable and proactive
Able to take ownership of results
Compensation
Performance based structure with commission on memberships and packages
Designed for individuals who want to earn based on results
