Enterprise Sales Manager \| Fintech - Banking Infrastructure
The Opportunity
A high-growth fintech scale-up is expanding aggressively across the GCC and is looking for two Enterprise Sales Managers to lead the charge in Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.
This is a rare opportunity to join a business that is actively reshaping how financial institutions across the region operate — early enough to own your market, backed enough to win it.

What You'll Be Doing
- Owning the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close within the banking and financial institutions sector
- Building and managing a pipeline of high-value opportunities with banks, fintechs, and large corporates
- Engaging C-suite and senior stakeholders — CTOs, CIOs, CFOs, Procurement and Compliance
- Partnering with product and implementation teams to deliver solutions that actually land
- Representing the business at the highest level in your market
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years in enterprise software or fintech sales — SaaS, banking technology, or financial infrastructure
- A proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with financial institutions
- Deep understanding of how banks evaluate and procure technology
- Strong existing network within banking or financial services in Kuwait or KSA
- Hunter mentality with the polish and patience enterprise sales demands
- Based in Kuwait or Saudi Arabia, or genuinely ready to relocate
