- ***Summary:***
- Ensure that the company’s goals and objectives are aligned with the local market conditions, customer needs, and regulatory environment across Qatar and Bahrain.
- This includes managing distributors, coordinating with headquarters and regional offices, and developing and executing business plans for both markets to drive growth and profitability.
- ***DESCRIPTION:***
- Setting and monitoring budgets, revenue, and expenses for Qatar and Bahrain markets
- Developing and implementing marketing, sales, and distribution strategies
- **Relationship Management:**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors across both markets, acting as the main point of contact
- **Performance Analysis:**
- Monitor distributor performance against KPIs and sales targets; implement corrective actions where needed
- **Logistics Optimization:**
- Work closely with distributors to optimize delivery schedules, reduce lead times, and improve cost efficiencies
- **Market Intelligence:**
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights across Qatar and Bahrain
- **Training and Support:**
- Provide continuous training to distributors to ensure effective execution
- **Reporting:**
- Prepare regular reports on performance, opportunities, and risks, and present recommendations to management
***Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:***
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Food FMCG sales and distributor management is mandatory
- Strong understanding of distribution logistics and supply chain management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
