- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with 4+ years of experience in the real estate industry to lead sales operations and drive business growth.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities, building client relationships, achieving sales targets, and supporting the team in closing property deals.
- ***Responsibilities***
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Manage property sales activities and oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and brokers
- Conduct property presentations, meetings, and negotiations with potential buyers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
- Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to improve performance
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction throughout the sales process

- Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate sales
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and sales practices
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
