The Role

We are currently looking for a passionate, relationship-focused, and driven

Sales Manager – Corporate

to join our commercial team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients and key business partners
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the corporate market
  • Drive sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and business growth
  • Conduct client meetings, sales calls, presentations, networking events, and site visits
  • Develop and manage key accounts while creating long-term partnerships
  • Collaborate closely with Revenue, Marketing, Events, and Operations teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
  • Prepare sales forecasts and account plans to support business success
  • What we’re looking for:
  • Previous experience in a Sales Manager role within luxury hospitality or a similar environment
  • Strong knowledge of the corporate market, preferably within Qatar
  • A natural relationship builder with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for creating opportunities
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
  • Someone who enjoys working collaboratively and brings positive energy to the team
