Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar, for a Corporate Sales Manager.
The role involves managing and expanding corporate client accounts, ensuring guest satisfaction, and identifying new revenue opportunities through lead generation.
Responsibilities
include implementing sales strategies, cultivating long-term client relationships, and working closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery tailored to client needs.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Account Management and fostering long-term business relationships
- Proven expertise in Lead Generation to identify and secure new corporate business opportunities
- Comprehensive understanding of Sales and Sales Operations to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Excellent Customer Service abilities to ensure satisfaction and address client needs effectively
- Outstanding negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry or corporate sales is a distinct advantage
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically present work environment and commit to working in Doha
