Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Doha, Qatar.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities

include identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with internal stakeholders, developing sales forecasts, and ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets.

The role requires strong engagement with key accounts and market intelligence to position Qatar Airways as a leader in the aviation industry.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Key Account Management
  • Experience in Customer Relationship Management and Client Engagement
  • Demonstrated ability in Team Leadership and Performance Management
  • Market Analysis, Competitive Intelligence, and Data-Driven Decision-Making skills
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field (Master’s degree is a plus)
  • Previous experience in the aviation or travel industry is an advantage
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage
