About This Role

Key Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, government entities, and strategic partners in Qatar.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for major accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability while maintaining strong partnerships.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.

Sales Operations & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor sales metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, pipeline health, and market share.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, customer interactions, and sales activities.
  • Manage the sales budget, including forecasting, expense control, and resource allocation.

Marketing & Promotional Activities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and events tailored to the Qatari market.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
  • Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Compliance & Ethical Standards

  • Ensure all sales activities comply with Qatari laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Maintain the highest ethical standards in all client and partner interactions.
  • Stay informed about changes in local business regulations, tender processes, and procurement requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR12,000.00 - QAR18,000.00 per month
