About This Role

Join Our Team

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B and B2C sales operations, and team management, preferably within the education, training, or service industry in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
  • Manage and lead the sales team to improve performance and productivity
  • Handle both B2B and B2C sales operations
  • Generate corporate partnerships and business opportunities
  • Supervise telesales activities and customer follow-ups
  • Monitor daily sales activities, leads, and conversions
  • Train, motivate, and evaluate sales staff regularly
  • Prepare sales reports and performance analysis
  • Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns and promotions
  • Ensure excellent customer service and client relationship management
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales management
  • Experience in driving school, education, training, or service industry is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of B2B and B2C operations
  • Experience in handling and managing sales teams
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of the Qatar market
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • English fluency required; Arabic is an advantage
  • Valid Qatar Driving License preferred
