Sales Manager

Role overview

Sales and business growth

• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Improve enquiry-to-sale conversion through stronger sales techniques and consistent follow-ups.
• Drive upselling, cross-selling, service package sales, and repeat business.
• Identify revenue opportunities and manage pricing and discounts within approved guidelines.

Team leadership

• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Set KPIs, review performance, and address performance gaps with coaching and improvement plans.
• Build accountability, ownership, and a consistent focus on results.

Customer experience and collaboration

• Strengthen customer relationships and improve retention.
• Ensure customers receive accurate advice, clear commitments, and timely follow-ups.
• Work with service teams to resolve complaints and improve the customer journey.
• Coordinate with Operations, Dispatch, Marketing, and other teams to remove barriers affecting sales and service delivery.

Data and reporting

• Track revenue, conversion, gross margin, and sales productivity.
• Maintain accurate leads, customer records, and pipeline updates in Zoho CRM or similar systems.
• Present performance reports and recommendations to management.

What you will bring

• At least 5 years of sales management, business development, or similar commercial experience, including sales team leadership.
• Proven record of achieving revenue targets and improving team performance.
• Strong commercial judgment and confidence using data to make decisions.
• Effective coaching, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused approach and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Automotive, field services, or high-volume service experience is an advantage.
• Zoho CRM or similar platform experience is an advantage.

Pay and benefits

• Pay is AED 8,000–12,000 per month.
