The role handles inbound calls, coordinates service requests, and supports customer satisfaction.
What you’ll do
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming customer calls.
- Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and policies.
- Coordinate service requests with dispatch and technical teams.
- Follow up promptly and support customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and empathetically.
What the employer is looking for
- High school diploma or higher.
- Customer service or call-center experience.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Schedule
- Shift-based work includes rotating weekends and evenings.
