Role overview

Dispatch and service coordination

• Supervise Dispatch Team activities and ensure efficient technician assignments based on location, availability, expertise, workload, and job urgency.
• Oversee technician movements, job progress, ETAs, delays, cancellations, and job reassignment; support complex allocation and scheduling decisions.
• Monitor dispatch performance and service delivery; handle escalations involving locations, traffic, delays, conflicts, and urgent requests.
• Coordinate with technicians, Customer Service, Operations, and Management to resolve operational issues and make quick emergency decisions.

Planning, team support, and reporting

• Monitor technician utilization and distribute workloads effectively; plan routes to reduce travel time and fuel costs.
• Review dispatch records for accurate assignment, availability, ETA, and job-status updates; identify process issues and recommend improvements.
• Coach and provide feedback to Dispatch Agents, support training and onboarding, and ensure compliance with company SOPs and service standards.
• Prepare operational reports and updates for management.

Requirements

• Have 2+ years of experience in dispatch, fleet coordination, logistics, field operations, or a similar role.
• Have strong knowledge of UAE locations, roads, routes, and traffic patterns, plus leadership and team management skills.
• Have excellent verbal and written English communication skills and strong decision-making, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• Be able to handle multiple priorities and escalations in a fast-paced environment and work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays as required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education is an advantage.
• Previous supervisory experience as a Team Lead, Senior Dispatcher, Dispatch Supervisor, or similar is preferred.
• Experience coordinating technicians, drivers, field staff, or mobile teams is an advantage.
• Experience with dispatch systems, GPS, route planning, or fleet management software is an advantage.
