Customer Engagement & Sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable floral, gifting, and event décor solutions.
- Promote products and services for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and special occasions.
- Achieve sales targets through proactive selling and upselling.
Quotation & Order Management
- Prepare quotations based on customer requirements.
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Ensure accurate order processing, documentation, and customer confirmations.
Order Coordination
- Coordinate with florists, production, and operations teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Communicate customer requirements clearly and monitor order progress to resolve issues promptly.
Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service from inquiry to delivery.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
- Build long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and corporate clients.
- Support sales growth through customer retention, upselling, and seasonal promotions.
- Contribute ideas to improve sales performance and customer engagement.
Requirements & Qualifications
- UAE sales experience preferred.
- Experience in flowers, events, gifting, retail, or hospitality sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Confident, presentable, and target-driven personality.
- Good organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
