Key Responsibilitiesteam Leadership & Management
- Lead, supervise, and motivate gardeners and maintenance supervisors
- Assign daily tasks and ensure smooth workflow across all sites
- Monitor team performance and ensure productivity and discipline
- Provide guidance, training, and development opportunities to improve team skills
Landscape Maintenance Operations
- Oversee maintenance of residential and commercial landscape projects
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and SOPs
- Ensure proper care of plants, turf, irrigation systems, and landscape elements
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained
Client Management & Coordination
- Liaise with clients to understand requirements and ensure satisfaction
- Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Maintain strong professional relationships with property owners and facility managers
- Ensure service delivery meets contractual obligations and expectations
Planning, Budgeting & Reporting
- Manage project budgets and control operational costs
- Monitor resource utilization including manpower, materials, and equipment
- Prepare reports on site performance, progress, and maintenance activities
- Support planning for seasonal maintenance and long-term landscape health
Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all maintenance activities meet quality and safety standards
- Conduct regular site audits and inspections
- Enforce HSE policies and safe working practices across all sites
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and overall landscape quality
Vendor & Operational Support
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
- Ensure timely availability of materials and maintenance resources
- Support procurement needs related to maintenance operations
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance management (landscaping or facilities management in UAE preferred)
- Strong knowledge of horticultural practices and landscape maintenance techniques
- Proven experience managing teams and multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management systems (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
